What to Expect

 

As a client of The Animal Clinic, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ veterinary needs. We at the clinic are all lifelong animal lovers and approach every pet we see as we do our own - with compassion, professionalism, and respect.

Though since March 2020 The Animal Clinic has been closed to clients, we aim to provide nothing less than exceptional veterinary care to our clients and their furry family members despite the challenges COVID-19 has presented to the world of veterinary medicine.

Currently, upon arrival for your appointment, clients will be greeted warmly over the phone and checked in virtually, at which point a veterinary technician will come outside to take a history so that our veterinarian can accurately assess your pet. Your pet will then be brought inside and examined by a veterinarian who will then call you to answer any questions and plan further diagnostics or treatment as necessary.

Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times when the unexpected will create delays. Our team works hard to ensure that these are minimized as much as possible!

At the end of your appointment, your pet will be returned to you by one of our technicians who will gladly answer any final questions and provide information on continuing your pet’s care at home. Our client care specialists will handle billing and ensure that any necessary follow-up care is scheduled.
